FS#447 - Black Screen after X-Server restart!
Hi!
I noticed yesterday when i tried after 2 hours of working on Elive (last Dev. Version elive_1.9.37_unstable) to restart my X-server, that the x-server restarts, but it keeps can’t loging in in my system again, and show me just the Black Screen. I have Nvidia Graphic Card, i user the Nvidia Driver shipped with Elive, but not the last one ( the one with Graphic Card up to 512M RAM) my Graphic Card is Nvidia FX 5200 AGP, and the resolution of my Monitor is 1920×1080 Full HD , Viewsonic Flat screen. I had at last to restart my system by pressing at one Ctrl-alt- del combination to restart the estem, because the system did not want to give me anyone of the other console modes to login and do anything. By the way, i added my xorg.conf to add my resolution manually. thats all what i did. Please repare this Problem.

Sorry, what's the exact problem ?
The Problem is:
After working on Elive System about 2 Hours, and then trying to logout and the login. I get just a Black screen, and can't login again in Elive.

logout and login from... entrance ? so you are working under e17 and then go do a "exist session" in order to go to entrance ? on which step you go the black screen ?
login and logout from Entrance ofcourse, i am working under E17
