system: elive 2.0 live-cd (downloaded from elivecd.org)

When selecting a boot loader menu of Ukrainian language all the settings are for the United Kingdom. Apparently you have mistaken, UK as United Kingdom but not as Ukraine. For the Ukrainian language locale must be uk_UA.UTF-8 and not en_GB.UTF-8 as you have in version 2.0.

Check out the same for Russian language, everything is OK.
