FS#120 - polish national signs shows up as boxes on windows description
From bug FS#70 : [polish] - some polish national signs shows up as boxes on windows description and in aplication menu which is accesible after left click on desktop.
Maybe need retype this descriptions in pure UTF-8 environment?

I’ve just left a comment in the #70 bug saying that “This problem is typical; usually happens when a character on an certain encoding is forced to be shown in a diferent charset encoding”.
