FS#199 - BOOT DISK ERROR. INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ANY KEY
Boot Disk Error when attempting to boot from ELIVE CD-R. I downloaded the ISO file to a CD-R, set boot mode in BIOS to CD ONLY and I get “BOOT DISK ERROR. PLEASE INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER”. Tried putting it on one of my hard drives. Same problem. Any ideas my friends? I am running a home built machine with an ASUS M2N32-SLI deluxe motherboard and updated BIOS.

Ohh, more information. I used a 700 MB CD-R, then an DVD-R and still no progress. I know the rig’s hardware is working fine. I am trying to install eLive to replace the Microsoft Windows Vista OS that I have on it.
