FS#258 - If the computer is a laptop and no wifi is detected, ask the user to use ndiswrapper.

It would be also nice to have a small gui for ndiswrapper, an ncurses one would be nice, so that user can find the inf file and install comfortably from a gui.

included in nurse mode and also available in net-connector if there's no wifi found

if is a laptop and wifi is not detected: ask if want to use ndiswrapper, add a manager (deliver) that request the files and everything... (put a callback tmpfile to do it better on graphical mode)
