FS#281 - there should be a possibility to choose HEX key in WEP mode in net-connector

1.9.10 elive with latest updates, can’t connect to a hex wep local wifi network, there is no option to choose hex key (only wep, wpa and none), the network is there, but the connection is not made due to password failure

wicd finds and connects to the same network without a problem

This problem should work without problems too, it also try to use the other possibility in case that it can’t connect, please confirm if the bug stills there
