FS#299 - eeepc sleep mode should work better
if i try to shutdown and after issuing the shutdown close the lid,
the eeepc goes into sleep instead.
It should be made to disable the sleep when the shutdown has been issued.

This issue its suposed to work correctly, it uses this script... is there a way that can you try to run it BETWEEN it is shuting down (by your methods, entrance/e17) ? See which result does
Maybe you can just edit the file /usr/sbin/hebernate and replace this code by something more visual, like touching (touch file) a file or other to see if does or not that
uhm how should i test it?
