FS#373 - Keyboard is not working

If i use slovenian language keyboard all the keys dont work. There are only few keys working. Aproximatly 10 keys. If i use english language all keys are working but i dont have then support for special regional letters like (Š???Ž)

I noticed this problem in all elive version (stable and development)
