FS#387 - Transparency should be re enabled
the e17 transparency should be reenabled as soon as possible, w/o transparency the quality of the desktop drops alot.

fake transparency is fake transparency,
it is not real, so, buggy, applications
should not require transparency at all,
is not possible to make fake
trasnaprency in a non-ugly-hack way,
anybody that would like to have
transparency (so, eyecandy) should use
the compiz effects instead that they are
included by default now in a
non-destructive way
