package webcam-viewer removed, and webcam works correctly

Admin

unfortunately this command not works for everybody, I have added a informational message for the cases that the webcam not works, can you please try to update the package webcam-viewer and do these tests?:

  • running it on a machine with a working webcam, it just works (no message)
  • running it on a machine where not works the webcam (like the machine of this report), you should see a informative message instead (that recommends to use cheese)
