FS#453 - Add possibility of adding more users

When asking to create a user - it might be a good idea to ask if the installer should create more users.

This could be useful if it was to be installed on a family computer.

(Something along the lines of the request to add more partitions when partitioning the hard disk)

If you want more users, you can create them from the installed system one time you have installed it, this is the normal process
