FS#476 - crash during installation when downloading software
crash during installation
When I install the 1.9.42 unstable compiz version it crashes when getting software from the internet. This has happened on my PC always then using a fresh installation. If I have an older version installed it doesn’t crash then. But once the OS is installed and booted, and I use apt-get or synaptic to install software it also crashes while downloading the software.

This was a hardware problem with my addon USB2 pci card. I moved the card into another slot, and the problem was gone.
