Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Admin

you have tried with the other nvidia options ? like a newest and oldest version than this one ?

Is this bug still existing ?

hi, i didnt try elive .52 yet, i will soon; but i discovered that the issue is not caused by the nvidia fx7200 itself, the problem is the KVM (encore) that im using, without the kvm screen resolution is ok, i can choose differents modes also. But with the KVM plugued to the nvidia card i have the problem descripted before.

Looks to have very sense, the monitor needs to be autodetected as best as possible, KVM will intercept this autodetection, i will close better this bug since is not really a bug
