FS#54 - suspend / hibernate
2.6.7.15 kernel IBM T no hibernate (due too old kernel/no partition prepared after install (no notice)).Suspend works strange.Sometimes wakes up/sometimes hangs within suspending/waking.Hibernate tries to work but only beeps after insertin IBM_ACPI - should be inserted automaticaly when install recognized IBM ntb.LID switch only power off the lamp,not display.Power button doesn’t work-not recognized by acpi.No rules to run dimmer of LCD (battery/AC).. Some plugin/module would be fine..

used new kernel 2.6.20-rc5 with Suspend2 compiled, resume and resume2 inserted with swap partition pointed, what works: Suspend, Hibernate, Power button, ACPI ALL, LID OK - turn off the lamp, after that display too in few minutes,FN+F3 need to be manually edited to turn off the backlight (xset) in /etc/acpi/events and actions and after that MUST be insert new hotkey in menu edit for example CTRL+FN3 to wake up from sleep backlight (FN+F3 again pressed does not turn on light).
This bug is closed, but the feature stills needed to be implemented, i hope to implement it soonly
