FS#577 - Buetooth-less install asks for bluez-utils

In specified at installation time that I didn’t want to have bluetooth management modules installed / started.
At every session startup, a popup “Required dependency” (dépendance requise, in french) asks for, ether install bluez-utils OR unload bluetooth module.
