FS#739 - No puedo descargar actualizaciones - versión beta 3.8.2 64 bits

Hola! Tengo tres problemas:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

sudo reboot

Espero sea de ayuda para otros usuarios.

Hello! I have three problems:

1- When you log out the system crashes.

2- When I put the computer on sleep or give it to hibernate, it happens to me that when I go back to the desktop the Internet does not work and if I restart everything returns to normal, this already happened to me with the stable system.

3- When I try to update it does not let me and all is to give the button but there it is not able to update.

P.D. - Otherwise everything perfect.

A greeting

I found solution to problem 3 and is to upgrade from the terminal with the following commands:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get upgrade

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

sudo reboot

I hope it will help other users

Admin

the automated upgrader tool stills in development and everyday more stable and reliable, for example sometimes you are held in a "broken packages state" which doesn't allow to update the tool too!

actually it should be more reliable and previous issues fixed, in any case, like you said, its important to update the system to the last version, which will also update that tool too

Your commands are correct, but as a tip you can also run the command "apug" which does the equivalent combo :)

I will close this bug for now since it should be fixed, please re-open it again if you still having the same issue.

Abou the other issues, please comment them on the Forums, seems like other users may have the same suspension/hibernation issue, if other users -can- do them without problems then is just a drivers issue, if happens to other people then we have an issue on the OS level :)
