Regularly I update the system weekly via Synaptic. Everything is running well! Last update was on 20. November.

After update on 7. December I get in boot process following message:

/bin/sh: can’t access tty: job control turned off
(initramfs)

After that boot process is stopped and nothing happens anymore.

The eap file of Elitaire is wrong. The executable “Elitaire”, must be “elitaire”

To print anything I can select in Abiword my printer. But nothing happens. From all other applications (browser, xpdf), the prints are ok. On the other hand to create a pdf file with Abiword is also ok.

If I insert a floppy in my floppy drive (normal desktop system), it will be not mounted, respectevely is not visible in Thunar. I have seen in Hal-Device-Manager, the floppy is available, but the value of the block device is /dev/fd0. But I have no /dev/fd0.

Please, take care of this request. I don’t have a floppy disc in order to confirm the request. However on the Elive (Expert) installation there is a question about the automounter.

After the update via Synaptic, Opera does not start. I get the message “Speicherzugriffsfehler”.

The apt sources list was not changed to “etch”.
